1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service govern all quotations, supply agreements, structural engineering evaluations, and professional installations provided by VS Architectural Systems ("VS") for 316 marine-grade stainless steel invisible grill safety systems. By requesting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Quotations & Site Assessment
All preliminary quotes generated online are estimates subject to mandatory on-site structural verification. Final pricing is based on precise laser measurements, anchoring substrate viability (concrete, steel framework, or aluminum profile), and structural tensioning requirements.
3. Installation & Substrate Requirements
Installations are executed exclusively by certified VS technicians adhering to strict tensioning protocols (>400kg load capacity per cable). The client is responsible for ensuring structural access and confirming permission from building management or local architectural authorities prior to installation.
4. 10-Year System Assurance Warranty
VS provides a comprehensive 10-Year System Warranty covering:
- Material integrity of 316 marine-grade stainless steel cables against corrosion and rusting under standard environmental exposure.
- Structural tension locking mechanisms and anchoring track integrity.
- UV-resistant nylon protective sheath against cracking under direct sunlight.
Warranty coverage excludes unauthorized third-party tampering, chemical damage from unapproved cleaning agents, or structural modifications to surrounding masonry.
5. Payment Terms & Cancellation
Custom cable fabrication begins upon deposit confirmation. Outstanding balances are due upon installation completion and sign-off. Cancellations requested prior to custom track milling are subject to standard processing fees; custom-cut materials are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
VS Architectural Systems is engineered strictly for fall prevention, window safety, and architectural facade compliance. Maintenance guidelines must be observed to preserve tension integrity. These terms are governed by applicable building safety standards and commercial contract laws.
